We offer our customers a worldwide service standard that is
second to none. All of Domino's 16 subsidiary offices and over
75 distributors have highly skilled service teams that offer
complete support. To ensure service standards and response
times are maintained, all subsidiaries and distributors are
annually audited against
The
Domino Service Standard. Subsidiaries are expected to
achieve the highest level whilst distributors are encouraged
to do the same.
Domino UK is committed to setting new standards in customer
service excellence. The UK's service teams are located in
several regions throughout the country to ensure that customer
service requirements can be fulfilled with minimum delay. Our
team of service engineers are regularly trained to ensure that
service standards are maintained.
Domino's Total
Care / Up Time service contracts have been developed to
offer customers the desired level of support to ensure maximum
uptime and peace of mind.
Tailored service agreements are possible, ranging from
basic maintenance training to 24-hour support.
When machines are installed, Domino technicians provide
basic training for operators. Further training can be arranged
to cover more advanced machine operation, maintenance and
fault finding, ensuring that the skills required are
transferred to customers' plants.
The number of trainees on each course is limited to ensure
individual attention and the courses are very practical
ensuring an immediate benefit when back at work.
Training courses can be tailored to meet customer's
specific needs and can be conducted on site or at a Domino
training centre.
